Fort Hood soldier accused of paying woman for sex

FORT HOOD, Texas (AP) ? A Fort Hood soldier is accused of paying a woman to have sex with him, the latest in a string of sexual misconduct cases that have beset the U.S. armed forces.

Master Sgt. Brad Grimes was charged in military court Wednesday with patronizing a prostitute, conspiring with another soldier to patronize a prostitute, committing adultery and solicitation to commit adultery.

Fort Hood spokesman Chris Haug (howg) says the other soldier under investigation is one of several lower-level coordinators in the Texas Army post's sexual assault prevention program. That soldier has not been charged.

In May, the Army said a sexual assault prevention program coordinator at Fort Hood was accused of sexual assault and possibly arranging for at least one woman to have sex for money.
