?UFC 133: Evans vs. Davis? is now official for August 6 at Philadelphia?s Wells Fargo Center, including a headlining matchup between former light heavyweight champion Rashad Evans and fellow contender Phil Davis.
A planned title bout between UFC featherweight champ Jose Aldo and challenger Chad Mendes has not yet been announced and would apparently be the co-main event if it is added to the card.
UFC 133 is also set to feature Vitor Belfort vs. Yoshihiro Akiyama and Rich Franklin vs. Antonio Rogerio Nogueira, while Jorge Rivera vs. Alessio Sakara, Dennis Hallman vs. Brian Ebersole, and Riki Fukuda vs. Rafael Natal were confirmed for the UFC 133 fight card on Tuesday.
