LAS VEGAS (AP) ? A Las Vegas lawyer who represented O.J. Simpson in his Nevada armed robbery and kidnapping trial is suing Simpson's Florida-based lead attorney, alleging that he wasn't paid promised fees.
Gabriel Grasso alleges in the civil breach-of-contract lawsuit filed in Clark County District Court that he was promised $250,000 to be the local attorney on the Simpson trial, but Yale Galanter only paid him $15,000.
Galanter tells The Associated Press he hasn't seen the lawsuit, but intends to prove Grasso is wrong.

Simpson is serving nine to 33 years in state prison following his conviction in 2008 of leading a group of men in an armed confrontation with two sports memorabilia dealers in a room at a Las Vegas casino hotel.
