Also, if you are willing to sacrifice the ability to store internet history on your computer, enabling the private browsing feature of your browser can be an excellent way to speed up web page access.

This is because when a web browser is set to private browsing mode, it stores any cached data within the computer?s RAM memory, rather than the hard drive. As RAM memory is much quicker than a hard drive, your computer can process information a lot faster and therefore provide a positive browsing experience.

However, when you start using more bandwidth and processor intensive Internet applications, such as online gaming and VOIP calls, this is where things start to slow down somewhat.

Finally, in this case, you will need to purchase either a faster computer system, or a faster internet connection, as without doing so, one of these aspects will always slow your computer down whenever you are trying to access these types of Internet applications.
