My family and I moved down here from Maryland about two weeks ago. ?My wife and I have been lucky enough to retire early after 30 years in our fields. ?Now, we are looking to be more active with our grandkids and play more golf. ?However, I had my first episode of low back pain in Chapel Hill just four days after being here. ?I think it started with all of the bending over unpacking boxes. ?Then, to make things worse, I was reaching in our moving van and felt something in my back make a ?pop? and I had immediate pain. ?I felt like someone had hit me in the back. ?I got into see a chiropractor that my insurance company recommended the next day and have been better since.
