Abandoned Dialogue - Small Business Trends

For a while there at one of my earlier jobs it seemed like management got all touchy-feely.

All of a sudden they wanted to know what I thought, what I felt, what I had to say. It was sort of fun for a while, and it felt like maybe some changes might occur as a result, but after a few weeks you could tell they regretted opening this can of worms and all of our thoughts, feelings and suggestions went right out the window as we returned to business as usual.
