Job Description

Our client a Training company specialising in Sales coaching and management training requirea number of trainers for a role that will involve hands-on design and development work and help in executing train the trainer processes/assessments. Whilst the role will be varied, key elements of the role will include tasks such as: Working closely with the sales and lead consultant teams to help conduct needs analyses and design tailored workshops to meet client needs (including customised versions of our core programmes and entirely new courses) across a range of disciplines, from sales to marketing, business acumen and leadership. Developing specific outputs (with support from the production team) including slide decks, workbooks, role-plays, faculty guides and supporting materials such as capability assessments and application tools. Documenting and improving the procedures and systems required to streamline content creation and integrate well with other parts of the mix, including E-learning, workbook production and reinforcement activities. Employing creativity, business acumen and skill to ensure that our workshops are the best in the world, while maintaining and developing our house style.Support and/or ownership for the creation of a Learning Asset Management' tool - to help list and categorise our learning modules/learning objectives/activities - as part of the wider Course-Builder Software. A sound background in Sales Demonstrate a solid understanding of consultative selling methodology Creating Client Value (CCV) Demonstrate excellent training delivery skills.A firm grounding in business Acumen and the ability to teach at least basic to intermediate Finance for Non-Financial Manager' type programme. Strong coaching skills, particularly working with clients salespeople to help them win specific prospects. English as a first language Clear and concise Resourceful and capable. Builds trust, confident Imaginative, creative, energising Team player, accountable, self motivating. Expert, sees the whole picture, commercially astute Relevant instructional design knowledge.
