Sony Ericsson Launched Android Walkman

International Communication Expo Indonesian Exhibition & Conference (ICC) and the 8th Indonesia Cellular Show (ICS) 2011 in Jakarta Convention Center, Jakarta was officially opened by minister of communication and informatics, Tifatul Sembiring this morning, Wednesday, June 8, 2011.

Dozens of providers and telecommunications vendors compete to enliven the event. Not to miss is a communication service provider Sony Ericsson.

?In 2011, we provide the latest innovations by integrating the Android platform with the latest technology from Sony, such as Mobile Bravia Engine, sensor Exmor and certification Playstation,? said Djunadi Satrio, Head of Marketing at Sony Ericsson Indonesia, in Jakarta, June 8, 2011.

Djunadi mentioned, strategic steps chosen by Sony Ericsson is the Android technology combines with a lot of content and applications. In addition they worked with such leading mobile game developer Gameloft.

One of their innovations is the Sony Ericsson W8 which is the first walkman phone Adroid. This phone has a customizable interface for one-touch access to favorite applications and allows users quick access to playlists and walkman player.

On the sales packaging, for easy listening music, the phone also features stereo headset MH410.

?The series of Walkman phones we get a good interest especially in the Asia Pacific and China,? said Djunadi. ?With the W8, we combine the functions of the smartphone walkman with fundamental principles, such as the application, maps and email to create an entertaining smartphones,? he said.
