The Achilles tendon I tore in February took a little while to repair and I missed the first three races of the season. However, I felt okay when I got back competing again and it was a massive relief to remain injury- free throughout my preparation for London. There was a sort of emotional stress about the build-up, probably brought on in part by the injury worries I had. But I don?t feel as bad now afterwards as I thought I would. Having said that, I am going to enjoy the moment and have a big holiday at some point. The last few months my brother Jonny and I had a plan, which was to be away from some of the hype at our training camp in St Moritz. That worked out well and now both me and Jonny have won an Olympic medal we will stop and take a breath. Basically, since the race we haven?t stopped and there?s been no time to lick our wounds.
