Holistic remedy is best for asthma control, as one can take care of themselves without waiting for the doctor. For preventing asthma attack in night, one can have honey mixed with dalchini (cinnamon) before going to bed.

In order to improve breathing one can boil carom, ajwain and inhale it.

Certain fruits like ? bananas, guavas and food likes curd, butter milk, fried food, cold food and many others should be avoided. One should avoid dust as much as possible and can keep the work place and home very clean to avoid any dust allergies.

Sour food at night is to be avoided, as it can result in asthma attack in the morning. Smoking and alcohol should be avoided completely, as they can cause breathing problem. It is suggested not to be exposed to cold climate and avoid rigorous physical exercise, as it can encourage asthma attack.

One can opt for walking, meditation and yoga, as they help you to control your asthma attack and assist you to lead a peaceful and healthy life.
